Eerie PD is a weekly webcomic that follows the supernatural adventures of a gun-armed detective named Cam and his strange new partner, the magical girl Eiri. Jenny McKeon and Alex Chautin like comics almost as much as they like each other. Alex does most of the writing for Eerie PD while Jenny does most of the art, with some overlap between. When not working on their webcomic, they pretty much make more comics, as far as school and work will allow! The two creators live in western MA with their cat, Majora.

Sarah Turner is a part time illustrator and comic book artist from Oldham, and now based in Leeds… she’s loves a good cup of tea and a biscuit!

When she’s not drawing her own comics, she also helps design book covers, CD covers, websites and works in digital. She can be seen at conventions throughout the north of England and has been known to run a workshop of too.  She is one of the WASP organisers and loves meeting and talking to other artists. Lauren L. Murphy is a Writer and singer of growing repute. After growing up in the rain soaked north west of England, Lauren traipsed off to London with her knapsack on her back in 2003 and has not looked back, mixing office based jobs with a range of exciting writing projects. From stat laden rugby reports to writing end editing for Coldplay, she has always tried to infuse her writing with as much heart and humour as the subject allows.Since defecting to comics, Lauren has been (albeit slowly) on a graphic novel set on the comedy circuit and has contributed to the anthology To Arms! She also sings with Côr Llunsain who can be seen on the upcoming Côr Cymru competition on S4C this Easter.

Paul Shinn is a freelance illustrator and comic artist from London. Paul likes to create images which make people smile. He recently drew a 12-page story (written by Richy K. Chandler)for the comic anthology Tempo Lush Tales, as well as self-publishing two comics collections: March Of The Penguins and Look What I Drawed

Jade Sarson is a comic artist and illustrator, and winner of the Myriad First Graphic Novel Competition 2014 with an extract from her book For the Love of God, Marie! Sarson was also nominated for Best Emerging Talent in the 2013 British Comic Awards. She graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2011 with a first class honours degree in illustration. Her current projects include the webcomic Cafe Suada, and contributions to many anthologies. She spends most of her time in front of her drawing tablet, which flits between Bletchley and Lincoln, UK.

Jason is a contemporary, LGBTQ sketch-comic. Based on characters from Wuthering Heights, the story follows Jason as he encounters new people in his first year of University, and is torn between his feelings for the tempestuous and unpredictable Elijah, and Lon, a universally adored musical prodigy. All the while Jason is haunted by his self-destructive past, threatening to interfere with his future.

I studied illustration at Bristol UWE, but moved to study in Swindon in the second year. I have made my glorious return to the motherland (Bristol) and am hoping to actually do some creative work. Colourist and co-author for Headcase, I haven’t done much work on comics in the past, The Inbetween being my first attempt although it’s been long in the making!

Mewa is a girl who does things on the internet.

They both grew up in Japan loving manga, and they are actually a crisps-munching hare & a dancing parakeet!

Richy is the creative force behind Tempo Lush, producing comics, illustrations and design.

He’s written for the Wallace & Gromit newspaper strip and Almost Naked Animals and Adventure Time comics.

Richy is creator of weekly webcomic Lucy the Octopus and co-creator of Rosie and Jacinda. Both titles saw new printed volumes in 2014, along with children’s comic Bang! Crash! Whizz! (with art by Sally-Anne Hickman) and Tempo Lush Tales: an comics anthology of stories written by Richy and drawn by Matt Boyer, Francesca Cassavetti, Martin Eden, Tim Hassan, Steve Horry, Inko & Chie Kutsuwada, Mike Medaglia, Aaron Murphy, Van Nim, Karen Rubins, Paul Shinn and Keara Stewart.
He is the originator of WASP and teaches comic creation to children and adults.

And what is the meaning of Cafe Suada?Tea leaves, coffee beans and a dash of romance, what’s not to like? A quaint, slightly eccentric twist on the slice of life genre with teastained visuals.
